HR Systems Manager (UKG Pro) – Passaic County, NJ
Salary:
$125,000–$160, % bonus
Overview:
This is a standalone, high-visibility role for an HR technology leader who thrives on strategy and execution. You'll own the HR tech stack and drive impactful solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UKG Pro administration
: Manage system configuration, dashboards, KPIs, and integrations (SQL and BI tools expertise required). - Partner with leadership
: Collaborate with the LT team to elevate HR operations—present ideas and solutions to stakeholders from C-suite to frontline teams. - Optimize and innovate
: Enhance a well-maintained system and design future improvements. - Ensure compliance and data integrity
: Oversee reporting and adherence to HIPAA, FMLA, EEO, and other regulations. - Drive new module implementations
: Benefits Hub, Paradox AI integration, and healthcare carrier feeds. - Cross-functional collaboration
: Work closely with HR, IT, and Finance, including FP&A and CFO-level engagement. - Provide training and support
: Empower internal users with guidance and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5 years in HRIS/HR Systems, including 3 years hands-on with UKG Pro/UltiPro (UKG Ready considered).
- Advanced skills in SQL, Power BI, and HR data analytics.
- Proven experience leading projects—implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
- Career-driven and results-oriented—bring examples of past successes to the interview.
Additional Details:
- No direct reports; you'll serve as both architect and operator.
- Multi-state scope (20 states, East Coast focus; excludes CA/CO).
- Hybrid/flexible options: NJ, MD, TX offices or remote.
