HR Administrator (Bilingual Spanish) – Temp to Perm
Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) HR Administrator to support day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced, onsite environment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for an early‑career HR professional looking to grow within an HR department and gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team across core HR functions
- Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, including Spanish-speaking employees
- Support HR processes related to compliance, documentation, and internal reporting
- Assist with general HR coordination and special projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be bilingual in Spanish (spoken and written)
- Ability to work full-time onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Minimum of either:
- A direct HR-related internship, or
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and ability to handle confidential information
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
