HR Administrator (Bilingual Spanish) – Temp to Perm


Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) HR Administrator to support day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced, onsite environment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for an early‑career HR professional looking to grow within an HR department and gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team across core HR functions
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, including Spanish-speaking employees
  • Support HR processes related to compliance, documentation, and internal reporting
  • Assist with general HR coordination and special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work full-time onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
  • Minimum of either:
  • A direct HR-related internship, or
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills and ability to handle confidential information
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary : $21 - $28
