This position pays 90K-95K Bonus and offers a Hybrid work schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger for the investment funds.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and review fund transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with fund documents.
- Perform fund-level expense allocations and revenue recognition.
- Prepare and distribute investor statements and reports.
- Calculate fund performance metrics and provide analysis to stakeholders.
- Monitor investment transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing activities.
- Assist in the coordination of fund audits and tax compliance.
- Prepare and review fund-level compliance reports, including regulatory filings and investor reporting requirements.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2-3 years of experience in tax or fund accounting
- Strong knowledge of fund accounting principles and practices.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
