EHSS Manager – Manufacturing | City of Industry, CA (Onsite)
LHH is working with a manufacturing client to hire an experienced EHSS Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and security programs at an onsite facility in City of Industry, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site EHSS compliance, audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Manage CA & federal environmental programs (hazardous waste, stormwater, permits)
- Partner with corporate EHSS and site leadership on continuous improvement
- Oversee emergency preparedness, change management, and employee training
- Serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies
Qualifications
- 7 years EHSS leadership in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments
- Strong CA environmental compliance experience
- Proven ability to implement EHSS programs and influence site culture
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; EHS certifications a plus
- Spanish/English bilingual a plus
