Engineering ManagerAre you an experienced engineering leader with a passion for electrical and controls systems? We are seeking a driven Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in the development of innovative electromechanical and automation solutions. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to guide projects from concept to completion, foster continuous improvement, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable products.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee engineering teams, including both mechanical and electrical disciplines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.Serve as the primary authority for electrical and controls engineering, including PCB, embedded hardware, firmware, and automation systems.Develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of technical objectives.Lead the design and development of electromechanical and automation systems, ensuring products are reliable, compliant, and competitive.Promote process enhancements, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to optimize performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field10 years of progressive experience in electrical or electromechanical engineeringProven experience in engineering management or team leadershipHands-on expertise in embedded hardware, PCB design, automation, and electrical certificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSalary Range: $135,000-$150,000Benefits:Bonus OfferedHealth, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance401(k) offeringPaid time off and holidays (120 hours PTO)Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.LHH is a leader in permanent recruitment—and in the placement of top talent.
