What are the responsibilities and job description for the EDI Order Entry position at LHH?
LHH is looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy EDI Specialist to join our operations team. You’ll work closely with our Order Processing Coordinator, Accounting Manager, and VP of Operations to manage customer orders from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with strong EDI and ERP experience in a mass merchant retail environment.

Requirements
The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders via EDI
- Set up and test EDI connections with third-party providers
- Manage orders in NetSuite ERP
- Verify product costs, shipping terms, and order accuracy
- Coordination with overseas factories on production
- Handle import and domestic shipping documents (BOLs, FCRs, etc.)
- Generate invoices through EDI and ERP
- Send timely and accurate ASNs
- Maintain detailed order records and tracking
- Experience with EDI and mass merchant retailers
- Hands-on ERP experience—NetSuite or QuickBooks preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics documentation
- Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 dependent on experience
