Director of Human Resources- Total Rewards

$180,000 - 200,000 plus Bonus
We are partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead and enhance critical people initiatives while serving as a key member of the leadership team.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has deep expertise across Total Rewards, Payroll, and Human Resources leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the HR function, supporting business growth and organizational objectives.
- Oversee and optimize Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Provide leadership and oversight of payroll operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and process efficiency.
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and organizational development.
- Drive HR policies, compliance, performance management, and talent initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Strong expertise in Total Rewards
- Hands-on Payroll experience
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Proven ability to lead HR strategy while remaining operationally involved
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices
