LHH is working with a growing tech company looking to bring on a Marketing Director to their Phoenix office on a permanent basis. The company focuses on manufacturing and sales of memory/semiconductor products. In this role you will be tasked with driving marketing messaging, GTM strategy, product differentiations and product planning to help generate sales. You must have experience within the semiconductor or memory space, with experience as the SME writing technical content for products. Ideal candidates will have 10 years experience in senior marketing.
The organization seeks an driven and technical individual to join their team on a permanent basis with the ability to collaborate with sales teams, drive GTM strategy and assist in product development/management. The team operates in a hybrid setting out of their Phoenix office. This role offers a pay range of $160,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Drive marketing strategy for products, establishing value propositions, product differentiations, marketing messaging and collateral, with assistance from engineers and other technical counterparts.
- Collaborate closely with sales enablement to ensure consistent messaging alignment and create necessary marketing collateral for distribution within sales.
- Develop marketing campaigns both paid and organic, as well as digital marketing campaigns and website content in tandem with agency/contractors.
- Stay up to date on the competitive landscape for white space opportunities.
- Monitor performance through attentive analytics of partnerships and campaign outcomes in order to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of senior marketing experience in semiconductor or memory space
- Must have technical understanding of semiconductor/memory products
- Previous experience with technical writing (white papers, or written specs) as the product SME
- Skilled in GTM strategy
- Solution-oriented and resourceful
- Exceptional people skills and professionalism with client service
