Responsibilities
- You’d be the most senior tax leader —reporting directly to the business head and working alongside financial advisors to grow and scale the practice.
- The firm is in startup mode, backed by a $45B AUM RIA.
- It’s a clean slate with two junior team members and a strong appetite to hire additional staff under your direction.
- The role is client-facing, focused on high-net-worth individuals, small businesses, trusts & estates, and complex returns.
Qualifications
- CPA designation OR Enrolled Agent (EA)
- Public accounting experience
Required Skills
- Ability to help expand business services in the long term.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in wealth management.
Pay range and compensation package
Base $160K–$170K base plus up to 10% bonus
