Our client, a well-known non-profit is seeking a Finance Director. The role offers work/life balance and an opportunity to work for a vital and enduring organization.
Duties:
- Work closely with and provide financial decision support for the Executive Director.
- Serve as a leader to multiple teammates and provide guidance and opportunity.
- Serve as member of the planning committee and serve as a liaison to the board.
- Take ownership of the development and monitoring of annual organizational budgets.
- Participate with Executive Director on negotiating and maintaining contracts.
Education/Experience
- Accounting or related degree. Advanced degree preferred
- CPA preferred
- 7 plus years progressive experience in accounting
- Prior leadership experience
- Non-profit experience preferred

Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
