LHH is exclusively partnered with a real estate investment firm to recruit for a newly created leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a well-known mixed-use development in Nashville.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting across multiple properties and business units
- Build advanced financial models, including discounted cash flow, IRR analyses and pro forma modeling
- Review and interpret financial statements
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis across various variables
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for both new and existing projects
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Perform acquisition analysis and support investment decisions
Qualifications:
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in commercial real estate is required
- Solid foundation in accounting or external audit is highly preferred
- CPA or MBA is a plus
Salary : $170,000 - $200,000
