Freelance Digital Ad Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a freelance digital ad specialist with 2 or more years of experience for our agency client. This role is 100% remote. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and advertising best practices to ensure campaigns remain effective and compliant.
• Strategically manage Meta ad accounts and budgets for full utilization and adherence to guidelines.
• Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads, including crafting ad copy and testing creative assets in collaboration with internal teams.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights through platform dashboards and Google Analytics.
• Prepare and present monthly or quarterly performance reports to internal teams and/or clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
• Highly Proficient in Meta Ads
• Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Google Analytics is a strong plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.

Experience:

• 2 years of digital marketing experience in an agency environment, executing within Meta and LinkedIn ads platforms.

Employment Type: Freelance open ended contract

Compensation: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
