- Process customer orders accurately via telephone and email
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, order status, and general questions
- Provide timely updates and resolutions to customer concerns
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or logistics
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in email and telephone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Bilingual in English & Spanish- preferred
