- Lead and mentor a team of collections professionals, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and service standards.
- Oversee credit and collections processes, including escalations, aging reports, and bad debt reserves.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and operations to support business continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Manage lien processes, credit approvals, and third-party collections within established thresholds.
- Utilize data analytics to refine collection strategies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Play a key role in ERP migrations, acquisition integrations, and system upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and risk mitigation protocols.

- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in credit and collections, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Background in HVAC, construction, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (F&O preferred), Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and Macros), and case management tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Experience navigating change, including acquisitions and system transitions.
