As the Controller, your job duties will include:
- Providing leadership and mentorship to a team of 3-5 direct reports
- Managing cash flow for a $100M business unit
- Overseeing cost accounting
- Leading the annual budget preparation and reforecasting
- Leading the month, quarter, and year-end close
- Liasoning with Big4 auditors and working through findings
- Implementing ERP system and modules to produce efficiencies
- Calculating percentage of completion and recognizing revenue in a custom manufacturing environment
- Preparing financial statements and presenting site financials to executive teams
You are the right person if you have:
- Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred
- 10 years of management accounting and finance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- CMA or CPA preferred
