What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at LHH?
We're looking for a hands-on, small company Controller with manufacturing accounting experience.
As the Controller, your job duties will include:
- Leading a team of 4 accounting specialists
- Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing schedules
- Calculating estimates for things such as bad debt, and slow and obsolete inventory accounts
- Reviewing and approving balance sheet adjustments
- Booking elimination entries
- Preparing board presentation of financials
- Liasoning with external auditors
- Reporting on covenant ratios and borrowing bases for LOCs
You are the right person if you have:
- Bachelor degree
- 5 years of manufacturing or distribution accounting experience

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
