Construction Litigation Paralegal

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update client document databases; oversee document production processes
- Draft routine legal documents and assist with discovery responses
- Review and analyze documents, responses, and records from opposing counsel
- Coordinate requests among multiple parties
- Handle time entry and client billing
- Prepare for trials and depositions; attend trials when needed
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw
- Perform electronic filing in state and federal courts
- Ensure accuracy with Bluebook citation standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8 years as a Paralegal with strong litigation experience (defense work or construction litigation)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with document review platforms (Relativity, CaseMap preferred)
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems (iManage a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

💰 Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000
