We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our team in Phoenix. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning concepts into precise technical drawings and collaborating with engineers, project managers, and production teams. The CAD Designer will play a key role in supporting design, development, and documentation across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and revise detailed CAD drawings, layouts, and models based on project specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to develop accurate designs
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and company guidelines
- Review and incorporate redlines, markups, and field changes
- Maintain organized project files and drawing revisions
- Support production, fabrication, or construction teams as needed
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or certification in CAD, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field (preferred)
- 2 years of experience as a CAD Designer or Draftsperson
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); experience with SolidWorks, Revit, or other CAD software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings
- Excellent time management and communication skills
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
