Commercial Real Estate Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in lender-side commercial real estate finance transactions
• Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports
• Prepare detailed title/survey review letters to obtain proforma loan policies and survey approvals
• Collaborate with surveyors, title companies, zoning consultants, and other third-party vendors
• Assist in due diligence processes and maintain critical closing documentation
• Coordinate with closing attorneys to ensure all lender requirements are satisfied
• Manage transaction timelines, documentation tracking, and issue resolution
• Adapt to various deal structures and client needs in a fast-paced environment

Key Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in commercial real estate (paralegal or analyst capacity)
• Deep knowledge of lender-side transaction support (title, survey, zoning)
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, responsive, and confident working directly with attorneys and clients
• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
• Prior experience in an Am Law or mid-size law firm strongly preferred
