Litigation Paralegal – Commercial & Business Litigation
Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal looking for a long-term opportunity with a dynamic legal team? We are seeking a skilled professional to support a Commercial and Business Litigation practice. This is a fully onsite position offering competitive compensation and excellent potential for growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years of litigation experience (commercial/business focus preferred)
- Strong knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, and court rules/procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
- Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
- Gather and organize relevant information from various sources
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- File pleadings with state and federal courts (including e-filing)
- Manage litigation cases and deadlines
- Cross-train with team members and assist with administrative tasks
