Preferred Experience:
- 2–3 years of strong commercial litigation experience
- Big Law background preferred, but not required
- Focus on experience and results, not law school pedigree

- Low Billable Requirement: 1,650 hours minimum, with incentive-based bonus plans for productivity and realization rate
- Flexible Work Environment: No strict in-office policy; hybrid preferred (Tues-Thurs)
- Compensation: $140–$160K base, open to higher for outstanding candidates; competitive bonus structure
- Career Growth: All associates are on a partnership track (2-tier: non-equity with bonus, equity after some time)
