- 4–5 years of commercial/business litigation experience
- Substantial courtroom and case management experience, including:
- Written and document discovery
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Preparing witnesses for testimony
- Arguing motions and attending hearings
- Settlement conference participation and trial preparation experience preferred
- Persuasive legal writer and strong oral advocate
- Excellent interpersonal skills, work ethic, and comfort interacting directly with partners and clients
