About the Role:
Carterwill Search is recruiting for a well-established law firm in Coral Gables seeking a highly motivated Business Immigration Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment-based and business immigration law, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of business immigration matters, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, PERM applications, employment-based green cards, and related filings.
- Draft, review, edit petitions, motions, and supporting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide strategic counsel to corporate clients, employers, and individuals on immigration compliance and visa options.
- Manage client communications in both English and Spanish, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness.
- Work closely with staff and senior attorneys to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience practicing business immigration law.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing (Florida bar preferred).
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
