Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Leadership

- Create technology roadmaps that support growth, efficiency, scalability, and security.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Extensive experience leading enterprise technology organizations through growth and transformation.
- Proven success developing technology strategy and managing large-scale technology operations.
- Experience overseeing cybersecurity, cloud platforms, infrastructure, enterprise applications, data initiatives, and customer-facing technologies.
- Strong financial, operational, and organizational leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience supporting geographically distributed service, retail, construction, consumer services, or field-based organizations.
- Experience supporting high-volume sales and contact center environments.
- Track record of leading digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Experience implementing AI and automation solutions with measurable business impact.
