Accounts Receivable Team Lead

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Accounts Receivable Team Lead to join our client's team on a contract basis. There may be permanent potential based on business needs and performance. This role is fully on-site in Independence, OH, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership role and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise a team of 8 AR professionals focused on business-to-business collections
• Provide daily oversight, coaching, and performance feedback
• Step in to assist with collections and account resolution as needed
• Monitor aging reports and drive collection strategies
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and improve processes

What You Bring:

• Prior experience supervising AR or collections teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on approach and willingness to support the team directly
• Ability to work fully on-site in Independence, OH
