What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Team Lead position at LHH?
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Accounts Receivable Team Lead to join our client's team on a contract basis. There may be permanent potential based on business needs and performance. This role is fully on-site in Independence, OH, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership role and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise a team of 8 AR professionals focused on business-to-business collections
- Provide daily oversight, coaching, and performance feedback
- Step in to assist with collections and account resolution as needed
- Monitor aging reports and drive collection strategies
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and improve processes
What You Bring:
- Prior experience supervising AR or collections teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on approach and willingness to support the team directly
- Ability to work fully on-site in Independence, OH
