Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable & Customer Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial transactions and providing outstanding customer service. This position combines administrative and accounting responsibilities with direct customer interaction, supporting both internal teams and external customers.
Essential Duties:
· Answer incoming phone calls promptly and assist the caller.
· Take sales orders over the phone, through email, and in person.
· Greet visitors and direct as needed.
· Perform data entry within our ERP system as well as Word and Excel.
· Help Sales Staff and Customers with processing orders, forms, inquiries, and problem solving.
· Daily delivery route documentation, reconciliation, and archiving.
· Collect payment from drivers, sales reps, and co-workers.
· Credit processing and reporting.
· Invoice reconciliation – EFT, check processing, and bank deposits.
Requirements:

• Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Accurate and proficient computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Aptitude to learn new skills and acquire wine knowledge.
