Our client, a respected company in the Cranberry Township, PA area, is looking for a driven and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to dive deep into cash applications, work with industry-standard tools like SAP and Excel, and make a real impact on day-to-day financial operations. This is a contract role expected to last at least 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The position will begin onsite and may offer flexibility over time.
Responsibilities:
Process and apply incoming payments from lockboxes, ACH, wire transfers, and credit cards.
Reconcile unapplied cash and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Upload invoices and supporting documentation to customer portals.
Handle credit card transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and maintain accurate customer accounts.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Cash Applications.
Proficiency in SAP is helpful
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, formatting, and data manipulation.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
