Description:Assisting the accounting department daily with data entry and light filing.Position Responsibilities:· Assist Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable with sales and vendor invoicing· Support Accountant with monthly journal entry posting· Applying the proper data to invoices using our custom computer system WBI in conjunction with QuickBooks.· Entering in the approved information into our database in QuickBooks· Scanning and entering approved invoices into our database· Assist with other accounting projects as needed· Filing, copying and scanning for office administratorsEmployee Requirements:· Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, related field, or equivalent experience· Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Excel· Excellent verbal and written communications skills· Strong Attention to detail and accuracy· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively· Ability to learn and take direction· Ability to work independently and to work in a team environment· Ability to work under pressure and meet accounting deadlines $21-23 per hour.APPLY TODAY!Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hourSearch managed by: Joy Silva Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
