Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing professional and friendly support
- Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Coordinate office activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
- Help ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 1-3 years of office coordination, administrative, or customer service experience
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Professional, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Onsite work schedule
- Direct hire role
- Compensation: $25.00-$29.00 per hour DOE
- Located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego
- Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm PST
