The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Assist with the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies
- Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and journal entries
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support audits (internal and external) and act as a key point of contact for auditors
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements
- Review complex accounting transactions and provide technical guidance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting
- Mentor and support accounting staff; assist with training and performance development
- Support special projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred
- 7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel (ERP experience preferred)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
