You will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights, supporting customer service goals, optimizing inventory, and controlling costs-all while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the U.S. and globally.
Key Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Develop capacity-constrained supply plans across a global network
- Ensure alignment with customer service, inventory, and cost objectives
- Identify and resolve supply chain misalignments; implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate daily with Sourcing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Distribution teams
- Drive execution of key supply chain and strategic initiatives
- Lead close-of-sales activities for complex product lines
- Analyze global and regional inputs to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Execute seasonal purchasing strategies and improve planning processes
- Perform quantitative analysis and deliver actionable recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally to manage raw materials and finished goods availability
- Strong cross-functional relationships that enable seamless communication and execution
- Accurate monthly inventory forecasting and reconciliation
- Proactive identification of risks with clear mitigation plans
- Consistent delivery of data-driven insights to support business decisions
- Contribution to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
Required Experience
- 2 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain planning
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes (Demand, Supply, Production Planning)
- Proven ability to manage information flow across systems and teams
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
- Experience with SAP in planning or scheduling environments
- Familiarity with planning tools such as i2, BRIO, or PSE
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's or advanced degree (preferred but not required)
