Administrative Assistant Location: Easton, MD (Onsite) Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Ongoing Contract Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour Position Overview We are seeking an organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our office and team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in an administrative capacity. The Administrative Assistant will handle general office tasks, support scheduling and communication needs, and ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and managing documents. Answer phones, route inquiries, greet visitors, and support communication flow across the office. Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments. Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and internal correspondence as needed. Support onboarding activities such as gathering paperwork and preparing materials. Maintain organized office spaces, replenish supplies, and assist with basic operational tasks. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support the team. Qualifications 1 year of administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred (internships welcome). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal. Ability to work onsite daily in Easton, MD. Reliable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality. Work Environment & Schedule Full-time hours, onsite in Easton, MD. Ongoing contract with opportunity for long-term extension.
