Accounting Clerk

In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping accounting operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly during a high?need period. Your attention to detail and administrative support will help ensure timely processing, reliable records, and strong internal coordination across the accounting team. Engagement Type: Open?Ended Contract Compensation: $23-$25 per hour Location: Fully Onsite - Hatfield, PA

What You'll Do

• Provide day?to?day administrative support to the accounting team
• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintenance of financial and accounting records
• Support accounts payable and/or accounts receivable processes as needed
• Help prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
• Respond to internal inquiries and route information to the appropriate team members
• Perform general clerical duties including scanning, copying, organizing, and maintaining files

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data entry
• Ability to manage routine tasks in a deadline?driven environment
• Previous administrative or accounting support experience is a plus, but not required

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
