We are seeking a hands-on IT Administrator to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support across a Microsoft-centric environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting end-user issues, supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure services, managing devices and user accounts, and ensuring reliable operation of core IT systems for both office and field employees.
Key Responsibilities
End User Support
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and conferencing technology.
- Provision, deploy, and maintain equipment for new hires and existing employees.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Intune.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and device policies.
- Support Windows 10/11 workstations and Windows Server environments.
- Assist with endpoint management, patching, and software deployments.
- Support networking components including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless connectivity.
- Monitor system health, backups, and overall IT service availability.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and asset records.
- Ensure reliable connectivity for remote and field-based employees.
- 3 years of IT support, Systems Administration, or Help Desk experience.
- Experience providing Tier 1/2 technical support in a Microsoft environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
