Lewis-Palmer School District 38, located in Monument, CO, is hiring a TOSA - Child Find Coordinator for the 2026-27 school year. Applicants must be able to work collaboratively with teams of students, parents, teachers, and administrators. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks independently, and being a supportive team member are essential. Exact placement on the pay schedule will be determined by the Director of Human Resources upon contracting. As a guideline, we offer up to 18 years of previous contractual teaching experience for a placement of Step 19, per school board policy. This pay range is based on education and experience levels with a range of $44,550 - $75,279. The current teacher pay schedule can be found on our website.
