Lewis-Palmer School District 38, located in Monument, CO, is looking for a special education paraprofessional at Lewis-Palmer Middle School for the 2026-27 school year. This person must be willing and able to empower middle school aged students in a highly structured program and setting, including students in general education settings when appropriate and in small group activities, following educational support plans for students and collecting necessary data. These students may have a variety of educational and behavioral support needs.

This is a full time position, working on all student contact days plus three professional development days determined by the principal. The starting hourly wage for this position is $19.95 - $21.51, depending on previous experience. A higher starting wage rate may be granted to applicants who hold one of the following: a current Colorado educator's license, bachelor's degree, RBT certification, CNA license or RMA/CMA certificate. This position is 7.5 hrs per day, and is eligible for benefits. Applications will be reviewed as they are received.
