Marketing & Community Relations Coordinator

Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Post to all social media platforms regularly (3x/week) and with varied content that highlights job progress, project completion, employee recognition, positive culture
- Manage all company photo and video production
- Produce a monthly company newsletter
- Update and maintain both company websites
- Manage the client experience – sharing final photos, client gifting and hospitality for groundbreaking, ribbon cuttings and open houses
- Produce all jobsite signage
- Manage a relationship with the following and be responsible for all yearly submissions
- Local chambers of commerce – Troy, Tipp, Piqua, Sidney, Dayton, Darke County
- Dayton Business Journal
- ABC Ohio Valley
- AIA
- Produce all advertisements
- Manage all sponsorship and promotions
- Attend networking events on behalf of Level MB and MT Studio
Qualifications
- At least 2 year degree in marketing or related field
- 2 years of experience in marketing
