Salary: From $106,106, commensurate with experience

What You'll Do:
- Develop and direct strategies to promote positive community and client relations across member districts and partners.
- Serve as an active member of the administrative team and adviser to the Superintendent.
- Monitor program compliance with accrefidations, contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and evaluate assigned personnel; cultivate leadership skills among staff.
- Oversee communications and public relations efforts for the district.
- Coordinate data analysis, report findings, and apply data to make informed decisions.
- Support the Superintendent in responding to media inquiries and presentation requests.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders through events, committees, and strategic initiatives.
- Assist with the production of multimedia presentations and advertisements as directed.
- Maintain effective document and records management systems and ensure timely compliance with reporting deadlines.
What You'll Bring:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Policy, Education, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership experience and ability to supervise staff effectively.
- Familiarity with data analysis and using data to inform decision-making.
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule and adapt to irregular hours as needed.
- High-performance standards (engagement, proficiency, resilience, etc.)
- A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment (provided for free by MCESC!).
