What You'll Do:
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries.
- Sort mail, prepare photocopies, and schedule appointments.
- Assist with meetings, transcribe minutes, and manage office supplies.
- Maintain records, monitor reporting deadlines, and assist with special projects.
- Perform database research and provide reports.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in office administration.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.
