What You’ll Do Day to Day:
LendingPoint is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to assist in the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing project for our direct-to-consumer vertical.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing integrated marketing projects from ideation to execution. They will have the ability to contribute new thinking to projects that position the LendingPoint brand to achieve both short and long-term goals. They will have the skill set to develop and manage integrated marketing plans that meet sales and profitability expectations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Partner with our DTC team to guide marketing strategies; drive daily progress on projects
- Provide marketing and thought leadership to partners to drive adoption and usage of LendingPoint products and services
- Oversee growth, acquisition, and retention efforts (inclusive of strategy, execution, and testing)
- Contribute to the development of branded and co-branded marketing strategies across the partner portfolio to acquire new users and increase customer retention
- Develop and manage relationships with partners’ marketing departments
- Work with cross functional team (Product, Services, Sales, Ops, etc) to establish growth strategies to support revenue goals
- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvements, report to DTC Marketing leadership and team
- Build upon current channel analytics to track and report performance, including budget tracking and forecasting across paid channels
- Establish CAC goals, as well as manage traffic, conversion and LTV.
- Provide direction to Marketing team members to design, build and implement programs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Master’s preferred
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience, preferably in integrated marketing or project management role
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in an environment with evolving business demands
- Experience knowledge of personal lending, banking or fintech is preferred
