What You’ll Do Day to Day:
The Facilities Coordinator ensures organization and the overall appearance of the building, furniture, and equipment. This includes performing maintenance, services, and minor repairs related to LendingPoint’s buildings and equipment. For this role, a variety of duties are required including cosmetic or functional repairs to walls, carpeting, or furniture. The Facilities Coordinator assists Management, Office Management, Technology and Building Engineering with their tasks related to the building, furniture and equipment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assist management in resolving problems related to facilities or other business supplies, property, or processes.
- Repair responsibilities which may include, but are not limited to painting, sanding, or drywall repairs.
- Perform or coordinate third-party moving services on-site and to off-site storage facilities.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions for facilities or business-related tasks.
- Respond to employee inquires and concerns for facilities or business-related items.
- Follow-up with employees to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create work orders or appointments to a variety of technicians, subcontractors and vendors. Communicate work orders to technicians and. Provides reports on open and closed work orders and checks status with the appropriate technician or vendor.
- Assist with inspections on the facility campus(es).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- 2 years of related experience or role(s).
