Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, develop, and oversee the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations.
· Manage, schedule, and prioritize preventive maintenance programs for all machinery, equipment, and building systems.
· Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
· Coordinate and support equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
· Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history logs.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture throughout the maintenance department.
· Manage maintenance inventory, including spare parts, tools, and critical equipment.
· Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Develop and manage department budgets, vendor relationships, and contractor services.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certifications in maintenance, industrial technology, or related fields preferred.
· 3–5 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
· Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation, and facility systems.
· Proven ability to lead and develop a maintenance team in a fast-paced setting.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to operational needs.
· Familiarity with CMMS systems, OSHA standards, and predictive/preventive maintenance practices is a plus.
