Staffing Coordinator
Legacy Park Health & Rehab is seeking an organized, dependable Staffing Coordinator to join our team.
This position is responsible for managing daily staffing needs, creating schedules, coordinating coverage, and helping ensure we have the right staff in place to provide excellent resident care.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain employee schedules (OnShift)
- Coordinate call-offs and coverage needs
- Communicate with staff regarding open shifts and scheduling changes
- Assist with reducing overtime and agency usage (Incentive Opportunity)
- Maintain accurate staffing records and reports
- Work closely with facility leadership to meet staffing needs
Qualifications:
- CNA or CMA certification preferred; however, we are willing to consider the right candidate with strong organizational and communication skills
- Healthcare scheduling or staffing experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and dependable
