RN/LPN Scheduler & Staff Development Coordinator
Legacy Park Health & Rehab is seeking an organized, dependable RN or LPN to join our leadership team as our Scheduler & Staff Development Coordinator.
This position will be responsible for coordinating daily staffing needs, creating schedules, assisting with recruitment, and supporting staff education and training.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage nursing schedules (Currently using OnShift)
- Coordinate call-offs, coverage needs, and open shifts
- Assist with staffing optimization and reducing overtime/agency usage (Incentive Opportunity)
- Participate in new employee orientation and training
- Maintain staff education and competency records
Qualifications:
- Active Tennessee RN or LPN license
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and solve staffing challenges
- Long-term care experience preferred
