Maintenance Technician
Legacy Park Health & Rehab is seeking a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
We are looking for a well-rounded maintenance professional who can help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for our residents and staff. This position requires someone who is hands-on, reliable, and able to troubleshoot and complete a variety of maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including drain clearing/snaking
- Complete drywall repairs and painting projects
- Assist with preventative maintenance throughout the facility
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, visitors, and staff
Qualifications:
- Experience in general maintenance, plumbing, drywall, painting, or related trades preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Reliable, dependable, and safety-minded
- Healthcare facility experience is a plus but not required
