*Must commit to rotating 2-2-3 schedule if interested in FT.*

Position Summary:
As a CNA at Legacy Park, you will work under the supervision of licensed nurses to provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for our residents. Your role is essential in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques
- Proficient in taking and recording vital signs, weights (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration)
- Observe residents for changes in condition and report to nursing staff
- Ensure residents’ rights, dignity, and privacy are respected at all times
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare staff
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and support patients
- Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans accurately
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand healthcare environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable with standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
Qualifications:
- Current Tennessee CNA certification (required)
- Previous experience in a SNF or long-term care setting is a plus
