Job Title: Payroll Clerk (Part-Time)
Location: Montclair, CA
Schedule: Part-time (approx. 15 hrs/week)
Pay: $26-$30/hr
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to support payroll processing for approximately 200 employees using Paycom (MUST). This part-time role ensures accurate and timely payroll, maintains employee records, and assists with compliance and reporting tasks.
- Process bi-weekly payroll for ~200 employees using Paycom
- Review and verify timecards, earnings, deductions, and approvals for accuracy
- Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and pay changes
- Assist with payroll corrections, adjustments, and off-cycle payments as needed
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and Paycom access
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal/state regulations
- Generate payroll reports and assist with audits and reconciliations
- Support year-end processes (W-2s) and general payroll documentation
