We are partnering with a growing organization in the Denver Tech Center to identify a Staff Accountant for a contract opportunity. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations and assist with month-end close in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This position is paying between $29-$31/hour depending on experience.
- Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain general ledger activity
- Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed
- Analyze financial data and assist with variance analysis
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
- Assist with audit support and documentation preparation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-4 years of accounting experience
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables preferred)
- Experience with NetSuite or Oracle
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2-4 years of accounting experience
Basic understanding of GAAP principles
Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables preferred)
