Local and established Non-Profit in Hayward, CA is seeking an HR Specialist to join their team. This is a HYBRID role with 3-4 days in the office in HAYWARD, CA and 1-2 remote. $70,000 -$75K to start
Qualified Candidates will have the following
- 3 years of HR/Recruitment experience REQUIRED
- Should include HR Compliance, Benefits, recruiting and exposure to payroll
- Must have excellent communication skills, ability to onboard and terminate/offboard
- Intermediate Excel needed
- This is a HYBRID role with 3-4 days in office in Hayward, CA and 1-2 days remote
- $70,000-$75,000/ DOE
