What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Specialist position at Ledgent?
Ledgent Finance & Accounting is partnerig with an organization in the financial services/banking space in search of a temporary accounting specialist to support with their accounting operations during a 3 month leave period. This individual resides within a team of about 6 and will help with typical transactional accounting duties including AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries and supporting with month end close. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in addition to intermediate Excel skills.
Requirements:
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Comfortable with pivot tables & VLOOKUPs
- Experienced working in both independent and team environments
Salary/Benefits:
- $26-31/hr
